Product description:

The M74VHC1GT08DFT2G is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-input AND gate fabricated to replace defective components on the Iceriver KS1 hash board. The device inputs are compatible with TTL-type input thresholds, and the outputs have a full 5V CMOS level output swing. The input protection circuitry on the device allows for input overvoltages, allowing the device to be used as a logic-level translator from 3V CMOS logic to 5V CMOS logic or from 1.8V CMOS logic to 3V CMOS logic when operating from a high voltage supply.
