uP9650AQR1 is a powering chip located on the IceRiver KS0 PRO board with fully optimized integrated drivers and MOSFETs for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converters. It is packed with VQFN6x5-39L, and supports advanced high-precision module temperature reporting and on-chip synchronous MOSFET current monitoring, with features including cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, phase fault detection, preliminary overvoltage protection, VCC/VDRV UVLO protection, and thermal shutdown.
